This week Charlie comments on the stormy week of headlines, from tech sector concerns to trade wars and from school safety to North Korea, and in particular the decision by the Census Bureau to add a question about citizenship.
"It seems to be pretty basic, elemental, commonsense that you would be able to ask -- in addition to the myriad of other things that gets put forth in Census questionnaires -- whether or not the persons living in a particular household are citizens of the United States," says Charlie.
Charlie also discusses the post-filing-deadline announcement by Congressman Ryan Costello that he's not running in PA's 6th Congressional District and the resulting ramifications.
