In a parallel he didn't plan, both the USA and Brazil have also gone dark at the World Cup. Brazil couldn't overcome Norway's defense, falling 2-1, while the U.S. fell flat against Belgium 4-1 — ending both countries' exciting runs. Charlie is still watching — today's quarterfinals between Norway and England and Argentina and Switzerland promise more drama.
