Charlie opens with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who this week rolled out his city-run grocery store plan — a project set to cost taxpayers $70 million a year. Charlie invokes Margaret Thatcher's famous observation that socialists eventually run out of other people's money to spend, and says that's all Mamdani knows how to do. Charlie then turns to Mamdani's suggestion that he might arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a threat tied to the mayor's reliance on an ICC warrant. Of course, Charlie notes, Mamdani has no such authority — even Mamdani himself admitted his administration lacks the legal power to enforce the ICC's warrant.

Next, Charlie comments on this week's testimony from American Bar Association President Michelle Behnke, who was grilled by Congressman Brandon Gill but repeatedly declined to answer his questions. Charlie notes that he left the ABA himself several years ago.

Charlie also weighs in on Dr. Anthony Fauci's US Senate hearing, where Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times rather than answer questions about the COVID-19 pandemic. Charlie says Fauci doesn't want to tell the truth or take any accountability.
