In this week's Best 60ish Seconds, Charlie opens with the excitement of the 2026 FIFA World Cup returning to American soil as he roots for both Brazil and the USA. Tonight at 6 p.m, Brazil faces Morocco at MetLife Stadium in what promises to be a spectacular opening match.

Charlie then looks back at last Saturday's Belmont Stakes, where Golden Tempo delivered another great performances. Coming from dead last, he surged down the Saratoga stretch to win the 158th Belmont by 1¼ lengths over Commandment.

From the dirt track to financial track, Charlie turns to the SpaceX IPO — the largest in history — pricing at $135 per share, raising $75 billion, and making Elon Musk the world's first trillionaire. Charlie also flags the growing politics and policy debate around data centers as a topic he'll return to in upcoming editions.

Charlie next moves to Maine, where Tuesday's primaries set up key races. Sen. Susan Collins — the only Republican in Congress from New England — faces Democrat Graham Platner in what Charlie calls a must-win for Republicans and a seat she needs to hold. Charlie also salutes Bobby Charles, who led the Republican gubernatorial primary with 39% on a shoestring grassroots campaign — small gatherings, social media, and shoe leather — and has a real shot at becoming Maine's next governor.
